Individual programmes
Personalised 60-minute sessions, in the studio or at home, built around the person's goals and, when useful, in dialogue with doctors and physiotherapists.

What is the Riabilitango method?
It is a structured approach that uses the elements of Argentine tango – walking, embrace, musical listening – as exercises for psychophysical wellbeing. Every session is designed around specific goals.
Do I need to know how to dance?
No. Tango therapy requires no experience: we start with simple movements and progress according to each person's abilities.
Do I need a partner?
Not at all. In groups partners rotate, and in individual sessions you dance with one of us.
Does it replace medical therapy?
No, tango therapy is a complementary activity. If you have a medical condition, we always recommend consulting your doctor.
How long is a programme?
We offer cycles of 8 or 12 weekly 60-minute sessions, individual or in groups.
